MEET THE TEAM

Tamba Keifa

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Keifa Family Support Services

Tamba Keifa is the CEO and co‑founder of Keifa Family Support Services, an organisation built on compassion, cultural connection, and a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the community. Together with his sister, Tamba established the company with a clear purpose: to provide high‑quality, person‑centred support that empowers individuals and strengthens families.

Beginning his career as a support worker, Tamba quickly recognised the need for services that go beyond basic care—services that honour dignity, promote independence, and reflect genuine respect for each person’s story. This insight became the driving force behind the creation of Keifa Family Support Services.

With over a decade of experience across the disability, aged care, and community services sectors, Tamba is known for his calm leadership, strong ethical values, and unwavering dedication to client wellbeing. His qualifications include a Diploma in Leadership & Management, Certificate IV in Disability, and Certificate III in Aged Care, equipping him with both the technical expertise and strategic insight needed to lead a modern, values‑driven support organisation.

Tamba’s professional strengths include behavioural support, medication administration, and complex care, but his greatest asset is his ability to build trust—creating safe, supportive environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered.
